Mandera county has became a URP zone in Jubilee coalition

Mandera county voter registration  so far is overwhelming despite IEBC say that it is the lowest in the entire northern Kenya.

The 122,005 registered in Mandera county is the highest when compared to the 13 pastrolist counties where the lowest is 73,000.

 

However  in the entire  North Eastern province,  Mandera county has became presidential aspirant voter green pasture where most of them are eying the new record 122,005 voters to grab,   including the North Eastern province 390,000 votes.

 

 

although the majority tribe of Garre community jointly with its counterpart of Murule tribe has   has joined in block the URP party which is in Jubilee coalition has shocked the other North Eastern community where many assume that the garre will join ODM like in 2007 election.

 

the first joint rally will be conducted on the 29th of December 2012 to realize the marriage between mandera county and the URP leadership william samoi Ruto and Uhuru Kenyatta.

 

The garre aspirant who are going to be given direct nomination by URP has to also face TNA in joint nomination according  to daily nation report on the 24th December 2012.

 

The aspirant of Takaba member of parliament will have to contest between Adan Hajj and Mohamed Mohamud in the other hand Banisa seat will be between Kulow Maalim Hassan and Mohamed Abdow haji order to get jubilee coalition ticket.

 

Several county representative have to face each other like mandera township, Wargadud, Tirqaley, Gither Dandu and Did kurow county representatives. The URP party has promised them the direct nomination and Ruto blocks TNA coalition to contest with URP then there will be no opposition unless they move to ODM party.

 

Now according to primarily report on recent voter registration tally, the Garre community has secure 18 county representative and four member of parliament, women rep, senator and the governor, where Garre alone have 72,000 voters across the county and with the support of Murule marriage of convenience will boost the tally to 93,000.
